Introduction
- The website prayertokotel.com (hereinafter - "the Website") is operated by the Kotel Project (hereinafter - "the Store") and serves, among other things, as a sales website for "Prayer Note to the Kotel" products (hereinafter - "the Products"). * The terms stated in this regulation in masculine form are for convenience only and the regulation refers to both genders equally. • Purchases through the Website are subject to the conditions detailed in this regulation. • The very act of purchasing the Products on the Website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read the provisions of this regulation, understood them, and agreed to them. The regulation constitutes a binding contract between the customer and the Store.
Purchases
The Website enables customers to make convenient, easy and secure purchases of the Products via the internet. * The Products can be purchased on the Website at any time until stock runs out. • Purchases on the Website are made by credit card only and the transaction will be processed after approval by the credit company. • The price of the Products on the Website includes VAT. • The Store reserves the right to discontinue the marketing and sale of the Products at any time. • Purchases on the Website are permitted only to those who have reached the age of 18.
Returns and Cancellations
• Due to the unique nature of the service (placing a note at the Western Wall), this is carried out immediately and cannot be cancelled after it has been performed.
The customer waives the 14-day cancellation right in accordance with the exceptions detailed in the Consumer Protection Law.
Product Supply and Delivery
The Store will arrange for the supply of the product and the placement of the note at the Kotel within 7-14 business days from the moment the transaction is approved by the credit company and in proximity to special days.
In emergency situations such as security conditions, delays may occur until a time of calm.
• The Store will not be responsible for any delay and/or postponement in supply and/or non-supply, caused as a result of force majeure and/or events beyond its control.
The price of the products does not include shipping costs.
